Pros: Cool RingTone Maker helps create ringtones for your cellphone. It’s a Windows based application. It supports a wide range of audio and video formats so that you are able to create ringtones out of audio files or video files. It also lets you cut up the audio/video file in pieces. The audio from a music file or a video is displayed as a spectrum. You have markers that you can position on the spectrum display and cut up and store to be used as a ringtone. Thus a specific piece of the music track or a sound track can be used as your very own ringtone. The Random cutter feature will help you cut random ringtones. Cool RingTone Maker support most popular video and audio formats like MP3, WMA, WAV, AMR, WMV, AVI, MPG, 3GP, MP4, FLAC, OGG, WMV, MOV etc. Most popular ringtone formats are supported too, so that the ringtone created can be saved in one of these popular formats such as MP3, WMA, WMV or AMR. If you want to share this with family and friends, you could do that too. You can e-mail the tune directly to the person you want to send it to.
